I’m giving this rental 4 stars. I’ve rented from Ingrid three times now, and each experience has been smooth and reliable. The pickup location was easy to find, and the car was simple to locate and access.
This particular vehicle has definitely seen better days. I wasn’t able to connect my phone via Bluetooth to play music, so I had to rely on the radio for the trip. I also experienced a couple of instances where the car didn’t want to start right away. I’m not sure if it was something I was doing or an issue with the vehicle, but it did happen more than once.
That said, I booked this as a same-day rental, and the car got me where I needed to go without any major problems. Overall, I still had a positive experience and appreciate Ingrid for providing a reliable last-minute rental. Thank you!
