The Car: 5 out of 5 Amazing. Best value in Vegas for the performance in my opinion. Runs as strong or stronger than any NA Lambo/Ferrari I've ever driven (I've driven most), comparable even to some exotics that come boosted, and feels like a very solid and complete build from Chevrolet. I'd consider it a big and very noticeable upgrade from base model on overall feel and performance giving an experience only previously an exotic turbo car would give. Something I didn't feel when driving the base model. Be weary of driving around in 'Z' mode leisurely unless you want to run thru fuel and be overly obnoxious to every other car around you as it aggressively rev matches down shifts with pops & gurgles 😅 I couldn't imagine installing a straight pipe or aftermarket exhaust as stock seems good enough.

The Location: Vegas has a beautiful mix of natural desert, mountain, and modern architecture to be utilized for good views while driving or car photoshoots 😎. Highly recommend checking out the valley of fire, grand canyon, downtown Vegas art district, and the modern buildings and parking garage rooftops for all your lifestyle aura needs. Highways are well paved nearly everywhere but construction was heavy on residential roads around both the strip and outskirts during my visit in May 2026 so avoid them at all costs as it's irritating feeling gravel and bumps on race tuned suspension. Also beware of weird divets and humps in the road that'd cause the splitter to get slammed and scuffed out you could be out some change replacing it. The curbs in and on the road luckily aren't as bad as Texas/Cali but still be mindful on the strip as there are a few that could easily be missed and rip the entire kit off this car or crack rims.

The Host: The only flaw in my trip occurred here as it did ruin my trip. To make a long story short, the host didn't have the car available at the arranged pick up time/location until an hour later which caused me to miss a prepaid event that night and completely blow my anniversary trip. Additionally, the car was received with 3/4 fuel but the host attempted to be credited back for full tank on receipt of the vehicle. Mind you, I filled the vehicle up on the way to drop the car back off to the host so the little bit of fuel missing was lost in between that gas station and the drop off parking lot. No where near as short on fuel as the received 3/4 tank but was still invoiced to fill the car up an additional $40 on top of the additional $40 I returned in the tank compared to how received 🤔 I doubt any of this was intentional at all as the person managing the vehicle for the owner, Steven I believe, was very cool but ultimately I was negatively affected both financially and emotionally, and not offered any type of compensation for the inconveniences.

Would I rent a C8Z again? Most definitely‼️

Would I visit Vegas again? Meh, I'm not huge on the city but love the outskirts

Would I rent from this host again? I'd be cautious, compare other options a lot harder, and make sure all i's are dotted and t's crossed of you do choose RevRentals ✅

1 out of 5 only because this was a very expensive way to ruin my anniversary with an additional hidden fuel charge kick in the nuts after I got back home. 🥴
