We informed Michael when he booked that our office hours are 9 AM–7 PM and responded to his questions before pickup. At pickup, he requested to return the vehicle late at night after our office was closed. We explained that after-hours returns are not possible because the property is gated. He then requested a discount, which Turo did not approve. Unfortunately, this review appears to be the result of us being unable to accommodate those requests.
