Amazing customer service quick and reliable service

Second time renting a car from here. The Corvette was beautiful, ran well, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The employee working when we returned the car at about 4 pm on Sunday 5/10/26 was wonderful- helpful, gave us information on your cars, helpful tips, etc. Unfortunately the employee who was there when we picked up was the opposite. I felt like I was a waste of his time - he was curt, short, and disinterested. We had to swap cars due the original having a mechanical issue (no problem!) but he was so dismissive about it it made me think he would rather we just leave. We left and ended up Googling how to do everything in the car lol. If the afternoon guy had been there it would have been a really nice transaction all around. Just a heads up- not sure what we did that made the morning guy so rude but it is what it is.

I'm new to using Turo so that part was a bit confusing, but the car itself was great and the person renting was responsive when I had questions.
