The car pick up was hectic you had to cross the street walk down the street with bags and luggage I was a little disappointed with that. the host did let us know right where the car was at we get to the car and the car has scratches dents cracked windshield rip driver's seat first time ran through turo I had a car set up at the last minute they cancel it due to recall I get there and I see that the car that we rented was still there so have me thinking about the next time I go to rent a vehicle I understand stuff happens but yes I was real disappointed on the quality of the car I don't like to give bad reviews but I still gave this one a three-star and the host was pretty good, with a little tender loving care this would have been a great car I know it's a business but it could have been a little better thank you for having us.

The vehicle kept turning off i didn't leave vehicle pickup till 4 and half hours later the host never answered any calls or messages of issues with vehicle until the the next afternoon
