Awesome car, drives really smooth, and it was super clean and smoke-free. The host gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions and was very polite and professional. Great experience!

Thanks for the fantastic feedback, Karanbir! I'm thrilled you had a smooth ride and a great experience with the BMW. Hope to host you again in the future!
Car was good enough to get around for the weekend but there was a scratching sound when accelerating and vibration at highway speeds.

Hi Gideon, thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify, the steering wheel vibration at highway speeds is BMW’s built-in Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Assist safety feature, which gently alerts you whenever you approach lane markings or if a vehicle is in your blind spot. We’ll also have our team inspect the sound you mentioned. We appreciate you renting with us!
Thank you for your patience, I greatly appreciate it!
