Nice car! Had some issues with vehicle registration which was resolved however was a big inconvenience. Vehicle had a strong smoke smell when turned on ac.
But really enjoyed the vehicle itself

Awesome car to rent! Communication and instructions were easy. Pickup/drop off was simple. Car was clean and fun to drive, definitely would recommend and rent again! Thank you!

The host was very responsive to a point. I picked the car up and it was very dirty. There was tape on the windshield and the front bumper was missing paint. The gearshift was shattered. There was also some sticky drink or something spilled on the gearshift. The maintenance over due light was on and was about 2,000 miles overdue. The battery to the key was dying and sometimes the car wouldn't turn on. Finally the rotors need to be resurfaced or replaced because every time you hit the brakes the vehicle starts to shake. I did not get my $600 worth out of this trip when renting this vehicle. So sad because its an incredible car but unfortunately not well maintained
Unfortunately Turo doesn't provide enough space to respond fully. Windshield was just professionally replaced before your trip after the previous customer returned it shattered. The small strips of tape are standard procedure for the first 48 hours to help ensure the windshield seals properly. Rather than canceling your reservation last minute and leaving you stranded, we made the decision to still provide the vehicle assuming no reasonable person would mind.
