I’ve never had a more professional and helpful experience on Turo, especially being the first to rent a vehicle for its first time advertised. From start to finish it was a remarkable experience. Even locked the keys in the hood and the team was on it. Steven, who picked up the vehicle from valet, was a trooper and maintained commendable professionalism as the valet employee belittled and was unreasonably hostile towards him, during the return procedure, for an issue that was entirely on me. Bravo to the entire team. All of my future Las Vegas rental needs will be conducted with this phenomenal group, if they will have me. Thank you for making a hectic birthday weekend that more enjoyable!
