Filip is a phenomenal host! We were having a really awful trip with our previous Turo rental from a different host (the car battery randomly died and left us stranded!), but luckily, Filip was able to come in clutch and provide his car at such short notice. While we had an extremely negative experience with Turo and their customer service agents handling our issues (there was severe miscommunication errors on their part that ended up costing us valuable time and money), Filip provided us the exact opposite experience, which we are extremely grateful for. He is everything you want in a great Turo host: extremely understanding, very quick to communicate, and consistently goes above and beyond for his guests. We will definitely be rebooking him in the future!

Filip was an amazing host! His communication is excellent. I am new to the app and he had no issues answering all my questions. He provided updates as he was on his way to drop the car off to me and pick it up. The car was clean and perfect for our weekend plans. I would highly recommend him and his services to anyone looking for a rental. You will not be disappointed!
