Co host was extremely rude to everyone in my group, would not respond to everyone in my group. Car had problems and we were blamed immediately. TOOK 3 HOURS TO SOLVE THE ISSUE!!!

Our co-host speaks only with the primary renter for liability reasons. In person your group talked while you stayed silent, so replies went to you.
Issues started the day before but weren’t reported until morning. Early reports help us plan. Asking if anything was hit is standard troubleshooting — it’s not an accusation at all. We worked to fix it right away.
Turo swap took time that was beyond our control.

The car was in great condition and drove really well. It was the perfect vehicle for our weekend trip. Amy was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Pickup and drop off were also very easy. I would definitely recommend this vehicle for your next trip.
