About an hour before my pickup, the owner told me the Mazda I reserved was unavailable due to brake issues and switched me to a Toyota Prius. I didn’t mind the change, but when I picked up the Prius, the driver’s side window was already damaged. I documented it with photos on Turo before driving. Despite this, I’m now being questioned for damages that was already there, which is very frustrating.

It was a nice car and got us to our destination. I did have to clean it before our trip because it looked like someone spilled pop everywhere and the back mats weren’t cleaned. But besides that I was satisfied.
