We had a flat tire upon arrival we notified the owner and he went unresponsive the whole weekend, service was terrible.

While the customer service was great, as there was a mishap when initially I checked in and picked up the wrong car, owner was very understanding & we got it situated! However this turo posting is very misleading the car presented in app looks well put together & clean while the vehicle i recieved was anything but that. The inside was very dirty & messed up & smelled of cigs & the outside had exterior damage not pictured in photos! I did continue my booking only because my plans were already arrainged & it was to late to back out but had the circumstances have been different i certainly would have cancelled. Very disappointing!
