The host was really great, communicative and responsive. However, the car has over 100,000 miles and isn’t in the best shape and most importantly smells pretty bad on the interior. As a Mustang convertible, it has been clearly subject to a lot of vaping, tobacco and weed smoke and it smells like it. It’s a decent value, but I would not recommend this car to anyone who is sensitive to smells.
The host was very kind and acknowledge the problem. However, there was no ability to swap cars as they didn’t have any available and no discount was given. We also attempted to get a car swap directly through Turo, but the process involved a lot of driving and coordination, and was more trouble than it was worth.
