Picked up the car super late and by the next morning the check engine light was on. Any time the car was moving at any speed the check engine light was flashing. We had to return it and end the trip.

The vehicle had no warning lights or reported issues prior to your trip. A flashing check engine light can indicate a sudden fault that occurs without warning. Once notified, we advised you to return the vehicle immediately for safety. The car was removed from service and inspected.
