The car was very clean at pick up and drove very smooth. During the trip I did damage 2 of the tires Dimitry was very communicative the whole time. Though the financial responsibility was on me to fix the vehicle Dimitry went the extra to shop around to get me a better deal . He absolutely did not have to.

Host was amazing at helping us get everything set up and ready to go. However, the car needs some work. I had a hard time seeing at night as dim headlights were extremely DIM, and seemed to be facing downwards. Also, the inside of front window was dirty. Had a hard time seeing out it as well with whatever it was they used as cleaner.
Hi Kelsey, thanks for the kind words on my service! Since this is a 2013 model, it uses standard halogen bulbs, but I’ll have the alignment checked and the glass cleaner updated immediately. For your next trip, I recommend booking one of my newer vehicles with LED lighting for maximum visibility. I’d love to host you again!
