Car broke down halfway through.
Host was frustrating to deal with during the return
Apologies the vehicle experienced an unexpected mechanical issue during your trip. When I was made aware of the situation, I worked through Turo to help coordinate the vehicle’s return.
I understand breakdowns are frustrating. However, communication regarding the issue primarily came through Turo and a third party and then finally directly from the booking guest, which made coordinating the return more challenging.
I appreciate that the vehicle was returned clean and wish you the best.
