I am writing to formally document several issues I have experienced with my vehicle that require immediate attention.
Since receiving the vehicle, I have noticed the following problems:
* The driver’s side window will go up but repeatedly slides back down on its own, making it difficult to keep the window fully closed.
* The wheel alignment appears to be incorrect. The steering wheel consistently pulls to the left, affecting the vehicle’s handling and raising safety concerns.
* The radio frequently skips or cuts in and out during use.
* The charging ports are not functioning and are unable to charge electronic devices.
* The fuel gauge is inaccurate and inconsistent. At times it will indicate that the gas tank is nearly full, then suddenly drop to a much lower level before returning to showing the tank as full again.
These issues have affected the vehicle’s reliability and have caused significant concern regarding its safety and overall condition.
