The car was nice and clean. His communication was very unprofessional. Upon receiving the car, he arrived to the pick up location after I did, and stated that he needed to test drive the car to check the tire pressure. Once I had driven off and arrived at work the host began calling and texting me about the keys that he left in the car, trying to find a way to get them back. He picked the keys up while i was working and then proceeded to text me even more both on turo and my phone number about my usage of the vehicle. I only booked the car for one day, yet after i returned it with a full tank, he complained about my mile usage (under 200 which was listed on the description to be used) saying how if i am planning on traveling somewhere that is not local to book with someone else. Hours after the car is returned he continues to text me about my completed trip. Overall i felt harassed and uncomfortable with the amount of text messages received by this host.
I was at the pick up spot on time, the guest got there early and was rushing me , and I got caught up in letting the person rush me, which I shouldn’t have done, ended up forgetting my keys in the vehicle, upon requesting to get my keys back, I found out, the guest was letting her boyfriend drive the vehicle, and he wasn’t a authorized driver, only had the car for one day and went over the mileage. I don’t know what this guest expected from me under the circumstances.
