There were so many issues regarding charging this car, that I would advise it not be rented on Turo anymore. The range was only about 60 miles, there was no charging cord included, and half of the charging stations that I tried to charge it on, didn’t work on the car. As a result, I was constantly experiencing Range anxiety. The owner of the car was very communicative, and had listed many of these issues in advanced. However, in combination, it made the car very difficult to navigate during my stay. I tried to contact Turo and got essentially no help at all. I will not be using Turo again and would also suggest that this car not be rented.

!!BEWARE!!Don't rent this vehicle. You get 50 miles per charge, every time you charge it has to preauthorize $50 that takes a week to get released. We had to charge 6 times over 2 days while lightly using this vehicle. Our banks are holding over $400 dollars. It takes forever to charge. More of a hassle than anything. Owner charged us $29 because I couldn't afford the 5th $50 hold after charging it when I left to drop it off. What a nightmare!!

I like the car, spacious, comfortable, fast. My first time driving an electric car, took me a good 12 hours to figure out how to properly work it. The car did not start when I made a stop and had to leave it over night but Grey was very accommodating and had someone come look at it and fix it.

The host Grey was excellent and monitoring my messages. Getting the electric charging stations to connect with was what brings the rating down. She was very thorough with her list. It was the stations themselves. For instance the first station I pulled up to in Beachwood was out of service.
When a pump became free I connected only to get an error message. Each time I reconnected I got a 50.00 hold. I did that 5 times. Grey did mention that this site had technical quirks. I ended up taking 271 to another charging station on Som center road. It took an hour and five minutes but charged fully
