The host listed the car with pictures depicting the vehicle in perfect condition, however upon pickup the vehicle had significant exterior damage to the bumper.
From there the vehicle had faulty/screeching brakes, and I even was pulled over and received a ticket from the police because the vehicle had inadequate license plate illumination. During this traffic stop I provided the car insurance that was left in the dashboard for me, and that insurance card was expired. Per the police these issues made the vehicle illegal to operate on the road, and when I made the host aware they did not want to make any accommodations for violating Turo policy which states that hosts can not falsely misrepresent vehicle listings by providing pictures not showing the true condition of a vehicle and that hosts must ensure their vehicle is legal to operate on the road.
In my attempt to return the vehicle to the host via tow truck, the host argued with Turo Roadside Assistance that they did not want to pay for the tow truck and that they would come pick up the vehicle in person, however the host never came and instead continued to be uncooperative with Turo Roadside Assistance causing me to have to wait 6 HOURS to finally get a tow truck to return the vehicle to them. The host then attempted to file a false damage claim against me which was denied by Turo, exemplifying the true character of the host and the other bad reviews they have support this. I will be filing a claim against the host for violating multiple Turo Policies as this is the only host I ever had an issue with!

Bad enough the car wasn't as pictured, front passenger side bumper and fender damaged with literally parts hanging off, exhaust leak, smelled like smoke, then tire light came on, filled tire 2 times and light continued to go on, check engine light, and sone triangle light. I feel this was extremely disrespectfully and sone compensation should cone my way in a refund form or next rental through Turo free
