The car was in good condition and functioned well over a long drive. However, the step-by-step instructions provided to find the car at Denver airport were completely inaccurate despite being thorough and specific, which caused about 45 minutes of confusion to locate the vehicle. After arriving at the vehicle, we realized the passcode for the lockbox (with the car key inside) was not included in any area of the booking on the Turo app. The owner was unresponsive to calls and messages at this time. Eventually, the Turo AI chatbot provided the code somehow, but we are confident it was not listed in the booking information or message pane.

The car ran well and was very clean. The brakes were grinding a bit when I first started driving which may have just been from the car sitting for a while prior to me renting it. If you do not select airport delivery the pick up location was not ideal. It was a very busy street so it was hard to take photos of the side of the vehicle. I was honked at several times and had homeless people approach me at both pick up and drop off. All instructions were clearly described by the renter. The vehicle has great gas mileage and served its purpose for my short trip.
