The car I want was canceled 2 times and put me in a car I didn’t want and one of the headlights was out and I didn’t find out until night was not satisfied.

Sorry to hear about your experience unfortunately, there are things that are out of our control including your experiences with other guests. We do a post & pre-inspection on every vehicle to ensure all of our vehicles are clean and well maintained unfortunately, there are things that can go out on a trip that we have no knowledge of, but we do our best to ensure that these things don’t happen.
