Overall Robert was very nice and the car was exactly as described (though shifter buttons is definitely something to get used to!) My only suggestion would be for them to invest in a lock box for contactless pick up and drop off. Robert did offer to accommodate my request but I felt it better not to deviate from the usual as I respect my host’s vehicle, process, time, etc. In over 30 rentals I have never had to meet with the host prior or to return keys as it just is a bit awkward and inconvenient. Especially as I am someone who typically returns the car far in advance of the return time. Again, he offered if there was a better time but having him come get his vehicle at 7 am just didn’t seem fair or reasonable. He seems to have had no issues prior so this is mostly just a personal preference. Otherwise a good experience and worth the rental.
