A/c doesn't work when car is idling, it is toooo hot out here for that. But other than that everything was good. Thank you

I’m sorry the A/C did not feel strong enough while the car was idling, especially with the extreme Florida heat. The vehicle is regularly maintained, and we will recheck the A/C performance to make sure everything is working as it should. Thank you again for renting with us.
I have had the best experiencewith Juno and the vehicle. Juno's communication/customer service was amazing. She was always available to answer any questions that I had in a timely manner and she gave me options to make my extend trip easier.
