Exterior was not cleaned before pick up and there was not any windshield fluid, just water which cause the windshield to be unclear.
That is not true. I had just paid $120 for a full detailing. Also, I prepaid a car wash at “El Car Wash” for all of my cars. If it truly was dirty on the outside she could have just taken it to the El Car Wash drive through- there are four El Car Wash locations within 3 miles of my home.
It was she who turned in the car dirty - I just am not a “victim” complainer- I just got it cleaned.
