Host was wonderful!! The car did have a little bit of a smoking smell, but it definitely didn’t ruin our trip. It was only strong when the car sat in the Florida heat!!

The car definitely had some issues with how it drove and wasn’t the smoothest ride, but it did get us from point A to point B and served its purpose for our trip. I will say the host was absolutely amazing! They were very responsive, quick to answer any questions, and did their best to assist whenever needed. Customer service was definitely a highlight of the experience, and I really appreciated how attentive and easy to communicate with the host.
