Turo allowed a customer to rent a car that was marked as "unavailable". If turo would follow its own policies, they would have never allowed the booking to be processed.
James was super easy to work with. very responsive. This was my first time renting a car through Toro so I was a little skeptical and had so many questions, he made me feel very confident in renting one of his vehicles. Worries gone!! The whole process was soooo smooth. Thanks James for being so attentive and down to earth!
