Good experience, my first Turo rental. The pick up directions were clear, and communication was acceptable. The car is well cared for and clean.

Horrible experience. I will never use this service again. It seemed like a scan at the beginning and never got better. We actually had to rent another car to drive to pick up the Turo car.

I understand you are frustrated with Turo, however not ALL host will be able to provide car drop off at the airport at your convenience.
YOU thought it was a scam because you had to submit a picture of your ID???
It is a requirement in order to protect both sides of the party.
amazing!! recommend
