All awesome good car good host

Car broke down, the top wouldn’t close. Host handled it best he could but it left me stranded in 1 place for 5 hours until they tried to fix it to no avail and had to be returned early. Ended up at a rental agency to rent a replacement. Car also made excessively loud and abnormal road noise from the tires at 40-50mph which will give anyone a headache after a while. With nearly 80k miles, it’s not the best taken care of mini. I own one so I know how the car should be. The plastic chrome trims are peeling off and it cut my passengers finger when reaching behind for the seatbelt. For the price and all the turo fees, you’re better off at a rental agency. First and last time I will use turo.

This guest broke the roof when he forced the top down instead of pushing the button until it was fully closed. It's obvious that's what happened, but impossible to prove. Cost us thousands to repair. Then he wrote a fake review that contradicts the almost exclusively 5-star reviews prior to his. Turo should ban destructive, malicious people like this.
Wow! We really can’t rate this car and experience high enough. It is a perfect car for the streets of Maui. Easy to park, fuel efficient and it’s a convertible; what more could you ask for?! Thomas and his team were a joy to work with- very responsive and accommodating. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. 10/10 - cannot wait to return and hopefully rent again!

We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Aside from being cute, it’s easy to park in tight places and parking is always an issue on the island. I could take spots other cars couldn’t. Stargazing was epic with the top down. 10/10!!
