Pick up and drop off very easy. Audi A3 e-tron had a check engine light come on. Situation was handled well, and a separate vehicle was provided. Not ideal, but vehicle transfer process was conducted efficiently and without disruption to my schedule. Would definitely utilize their vehicles again.
