Car is new. Tire light on. Was sort of nervous at first but maybe a sensor. Car was great. . tank was low but was told to bring it back low . I didn't but no big deal. Renter was easy to talk to and available at all times.
Dionne the 2025 versa is a brand-new vehicle, delivered clean and fully operational. The tire pressure sensor alert was minor, had no impact on safety or performance, and was communicated. All concerns were addressed immediately, Unfortunately, this appears to be a case where no level of accommodation was sufficient. This was also your first time renting on Turo, and the 4-star rating does not accurately reflect the vehicle, the service provided, or the extra efforts made for one with no history
