Super fun car, gets a lot of attention. The only thing that bothered me driver side blown speaker. It gets annoying but other than that, I will rent again. Thank you for a great time

I rented a Porsche 911 for a trip to California from April 24–27, with delivery arranged to LAX. Upon arrival at the Sunrise parking lot to pick up the vehicle, I immediately noticed significant paint damage on the driver-side fender. Inside the car, there was also visible wear and damage, including a broken door pull used to adjust the seat. I was disappointed that this type damage was not disclosed in the rental description. If I had known this, I would have looked at a different vehicle.
Additionally, the vehicle was not provided with a full tank of gas, which was unexpected. Shortly after beginning my trip, I discovered that the front driver-side speaker was blown, producing a constant rattling noise throughout the drive. The convertible top also malfunctioned repeatedly over the course of the weekend, at times failing to fully open or close.
Given the overall condition of the vehicle, it appears that it may require more thorough maintenance or inspection before being offered for future rentals. This experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect based on prior rentals through Turo.
I contacted Turo support to report these issues and was advised to work directly with the host. I then reached out to the co-host, Stephanie Jen, to request a partial refund or adjustment in light of the vehicle’s condition.
Unfortunately, my request was declined, and I was redirected back to Turo. As a result, I did not receive a resolution from either party.
Based on this experience, I would recommend that future renters carefully evaluate Kuang’s listings before booking.

Amazing car! Enjoyed it for our wedding week and got to fulfill a bucket list item to drive this beautiful convertible on the PCH. Very good communication by the owners for coordination of pickup and drop off. Highly recommend!
