Amazing car very clean and good communication

This was my second time using them and have had no prior issues. There was an old car battery issue that I had to deal with myself. There was no middle ground agreement in regard to compensation that took half a day ( had to cancel work, meetings, etc)Didn’t sit right with me. Other than that, everything else was fine.

We let you bring the vehicle back with no gas. We also paid outta pocket for the new battery (which we are not forced to). Im sorry you expected more. Our battery was 2 years old. Original toyota battery. Perfectly within specs.
