Matthew was a great host! He was timely, very easy to work with, had a well maintained and enjoyable car. His BMW 430i convertible was a blast for a scenic drive around the Smoky Mountains National Park and would highly recommend anyone to rent from him!

The house told me about 30 minutes before my trip that was already booked that the car would not be ready until the next day. I have been charged for this trip and still not refunded. Never got the car.
