Car pick up was super easy! Communication was great and quick! I will definitely be using again when I return!

The host was decent. We had to wait like 7 mins for his uber to pick him up. Once he left n I got in the car the key was damn near dead n wouldn’t work unless you put the remote on the starter. Also the tires all 4 were bald!!! Had no tread at all! Tire pressure was all horrible one tire was at 28 when I made it to my location.. won’t rent from him again. He also needs an oil change n a filter too.
Thanks for the feedback, Jennifer. My Uber arrived 5 minutes before your trip started so i apologize you couldn’t take the vehicle earlier then your booking. The tires have 4/16” tread, which meets Turo’s safety standards for low-profile tires. The oil and tire lights came on during your trip based on the standard computer, but I run all my vehicles on a full synthetic oil so there was still 2500 to 5000 miles left before it was due hence the sticker. I am sorry for the use of the backup key.
