This was a one-time situation. I was in an area with no cell service when the booking came in late at night and I wasn’t able to complete the check-in in time. I apologize to the guest for the inconvenience, and I’ve since made sure I’m reachable before any trip starts. Every other trip on this car has gone smoothly, as the reviews show
The host was super responsive, the car was clean, and gas mileage was excellent.
