I had a very disappointing experience. The car we received was already in poor condition when we picked it up, with noticeable damage that was clearly pre-existing. Despite this, we’re now being charged for that same damage, which is unfair and frustrating. We documented the vehicle’s condition, so it’s concerning that this is even being disputed.
This experience makes me question how well vehicle conditions are verified before rentals and how claims are handled. Renters should be cautious, thoroughly document everything, and be aware that you could be held responsible for issues that weren’t caused by you.

This guest reported damage to the vehicle one day into her trip and the pre documented photos on my side do not show this damage. The guest is trying to get out of paying for the damage she caused to my vehicle by leaving this review. The guest has been rated a 1 star as well. The guest is correct about taking before and after pictures bc without them I would be left holding the bag for this guest damaging my car.
