Alexandra's car was perfect and she was a great host. I accidentally forgot to take the key lock off the windows and ran over it while leaving the parking garage. I felt so bad but she was super understanding and didn't make a big fuss about it. I also extended an hour due to a flight delay and she had zero issues. Great communication and a great car. Will definitely rent from. Her again
