If I’m being honest the pick up location was a little confusing as the car was in a gated community. Ironically, there was another Yaris outside at the time of arrival and I thought that was the vehicle but it was not. The pickup information was not provided until I mentioned I was at the location which made it a little more confusing, my other trip this information was provided before the pickup time. It was mentioned that the car was cleaned, however it did not seem to be the case the seat covers were dirty, and the car was not the cleanest. The car did get me from point A to point B so I cannot complain about that. Dropping off was smoother.

El vehículo es un modelo 2014, tiene muchos detalles y estaba sucio por dentro. La puerta del paso del pasajero no abre por dentro y presentó muchas luces encendidas. No se parece en nada al auto de la descripción

Host was supposed to deliver vehicle but messaged at the last minute he was unable to deliver. Had to uber to go pick up vehicle. The vehicle was dirty and passenger door would not open from the inside had to roll down window and open door from outside handle. Seat covers were disgusting.

The vehicle is usually cleaned and inspected before each trip. I didn’t receive any notice during your rental about the door or cleanliness, or I would have addressed it right away.
