The host was very responsive to my messages, which I really appreciated. The car itself drove and worked fine during the trip. However, when I picked it up, the interior was pretty dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the key fob also did not work. My biggest issue was definitely the cleanliness of the car. Overall, the communication with the host was great, but I do wish the car had been cleaned more thoroughly before pickup.
