Great car and a smooth trip, but I cannot recommend this host. They used an undisclosed AirTag (against Turo policy) and refused to respond to my inquiries about it. Excellent vehicle, but a major breach of trust and policy.
This review leaves out the most important fact: Mr. Andrey threatened us and demanded payment, stating he would leave a negative review if we didn’t comply. This was not genuine feedback, but an attempt to pressure us for a free rental. We do not tolerate bad-faith behavior. Our vehicles include GPS strictly for safety and recovery purposes, not to track customers. We stand by our policies and encourage others to consider the full context.
