Everything was amazing about the car. Roof went on off easily. Good on gas. Check in was not smooth though, it was late.

The car was fabulous and clean - unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the top down. ;) Overall a great experience. We were disappointed to have to wait for the doors to be unlocked when arrived at car but a quick phone call and it was unlocked. Also, leaving the MCO parking lot, the attendant wanted a parking slip from us and we did not have one. Just a little bit clearer directions on that and I think it would be good to go. Enjoyed the car!
I consider this review extremely unfair. I unlocked the car the minute the guest called me. Unfortunately, I did have internet issues and didn't receive the chat message immediately, but that was beyond my control. I provided all the instructions regarding using the EPass line to exit the parking lot in advance and also communicated them in a phone conversation. Please also note that the guest violated the car return policy.
