The host Maria was very helpful as well The car was excellent all the way around , good on gas mileage and comfort & everything was great until my last day ,.. it broke down and Road side assistance was right on time and very helpful. Thankfully

The car was in way worse condition than the photos. You feel every bump in the road and any speed over 60 the car rattled terribly, to the point where I pulled over on the highway to check the car and tires. Seems like the inside has never been cleaned and I used almost a whole pack of Clorox wipes cleaning the high touch areas. This car was a replacement for the Nissan Altima they have listed that was atrocious. The driver door handle was broken, there was a hole busted in the trunk and the stench of cigarettes was so bad I had to deny the car. The host didn’t answer the phone when I called until I canceled the trip with Turo. She was pleasant once she started responding and let me extend the car since the storm was coming and it wasn’t safe to drive it back the original return date. If they have newer/cleaner cars, I’d rent from the host again, but not these vehicles.
