Customer service not to bad but the car was not cleaned before I started my trip and it was also full of ants and some tiny roaches the ants crawled on me the entire trip but I had no time to get a refund for the trip because I was already running late due to reserving same day. So unfortunately I had to suffer with what I had.

All of our vehicles are inspected and cleaned before each trip, and we were not made aware of any pest issue during the rental, which would have allowed us to address it immediately. We also want to clarify that the vehicle was delivered with a full tank of gas and was returned empty. We always strive to provide a clean, reliable vehicle and good customer service, and we appreciate all feedback.
Car was great, host was fantastic and the location was easy to find and fast pickup. Car was ready and the host was available for any questions or concerns
