Beware of booking with this host.
I specifically booked this vehicle because it was advertised as a convertible and I wanted to enjoy driving with the top down during my trip. Unfortunately, the convertible roof did not work at all.
What concerns me most is that the host acted as if he was unaware of the issue, yet a previous guest’s review mentioned the same problem. While the host has since stated that he’s getting it repaired, that does nothing to change the fact that I paid for a feature that was unavailable during my rental.
In my opinion, this raises concerns about whether issues with the vehicle are being fully disclosed before booking. When I requested a reasonable partial refund for not receiving the vehicle as advertised, the host declined.
Just sharing my experience so future renters can make an informed decision.
