I booked this car after the car we had rented from another host had mechanical issues. The day of pick up this host contacted saying the previous renter hadn’t returned the car and wasn’t answering him but he had another car identical and wanted to swap me out if it was ok. I asked if it was the same cost and was told it would all be matched. Get there to get the car and waited over 15 minutes outside in the cold while the swap took place. At which time my account was charged an additional $455 dollars. After getting home noticed the price difference. Still have not gotten Turo to correct nor would the host even after three different agents at Turo said he would be the one to correct. The host actually asked that I not contact him to correct this issue as it was obviously beneath him. Then got in the car to go somewhere and the car wouldn’t start. Had to end the trip early and wait forever for a refund

The best car I ever driven and I exactly will definitely break this vehicle again. I’ll give you five star. It was easy to get into. He greeted me with much respect. He’s very professional and everything and I recommend that people use this vehicle or any other vehicles that this person has, I really enjoyed the car and it is a gas saver
