One tire on the whole trip needed to be changed

Actually it didn't. It could have been the road, something stuck in the tire, or the weight, but me and another guest drove it right after you and it sounded fine. Also, the run flat tires are inherently noisier than regular ones. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Robert was great. Very timely. Answered questions. No problems with the car. My only complaint is the Turo app said the primary driver had to return it but the AI assistant on Turo said the secondary driver could return it. Very confusing.
