Michael, thank you for being so responsive and attentive throughout the rental. The car itself was in perfect condition, and I really appreciated your help.
Unfortunately, my experience with charging the Tesla on Kauai was quite challenging. Since there are no convenient Superchargers nearby, it took hours to gain only a small percentage of battery, which was difficult for me, especially because I was working and constantly driving between locations.
This was my first experience with a Tesla in an area without easy access to fast charging, and unfortunately it was not a positive one. That said, I want to emphasize that the vehicle was in excellent condition and that you were very helpful during the entire process.
Thank you again for everything.
We communicate charging difficulties on this island with every guest who books a Tesla. Sorry you had a bad experience with charging.
