Excellent experience from beginning to end!
Stephen was an outstanding host, with exceptional communication throughout the entire rental, especially whenever some administrative or technical details needed to be adjusted along the way. He was always responsive, helpful, flexible, and easy to work with.
I particularly appreciated that the car is equipped with E-ZPass and that it can be driven into Canada, which made our longer trip much easier.
The car itself is excellent, exactly as presented in the photos, very comfortable and reliable, and with incredibly low fuel consumption. We drove a long distance during this trip, and the Prius performed exceptionally well.
I highly recommend both Stephen and his car. He will definitely remain at the top of my list for a future rental. Thank you, Stephen, for the trust and for such a great experience!
