Zhi has been a fantastic host.

Zhi was the absolute BEST!!! Never met someone so helpful and kind even drove me to my gate and waited when my bags took forever. The car was clean and ran so well. Zhi answered even when I texted in the middle of the night! I would definitely rent again from Zhi in the future and he was one of the best parts of my trip in a new state.

I gave him 3 stars because he was really nice. Unfortunately, I was under the impression of picking up the car from a designated area at the airport. The owner came to the airport, and we waited about 40 mins for him to show up. He notified us that his right passenger door does not open at all. That was also an inconvenience. However, at the end of the trip, he asked if we could meet him out past the airport. We declined due to having such an early flight, and the plan was always to pick up and drop off at the airport. We met near the airport; the time was for 4:45 am, but he did not arrive until 5:04 am. Again, really nice guy, but time management was bad, and the door not working properly was not good.
Truth:
1.You didn't read pickup instructions on app plus we had texted you repeatedly via text&app to reiterate.You never replied to Turo messages&ignore our text instruction
2.Rental 6/17 5pm-6/21 5:30am.You texted me pickup door#@5:13pm(late)&I arrived 5:35 as I share Tesla link w/you@5:46@parking.You said return flight@6am why booked ending5:30am?!We actually meet you early&accomodated you@5:04am.
