I gave him 3 stars because he was really nice. Unfortunately, I was under the impression of picking up the car from a designated area at the airport. The owner came to the airport, and we waited about 40 mins for him to show up. He notified us that his right passenger door does not open at all. That was also an inconvenience. However, at the end of the trip, he asked if we could meet him out past the airport. We declined due to having such an early flight, and the plan was always to pick up and drop off at the airport. We met near the airport; the time was for 4:45 am, but he did not arrive until 5:04 am. Again, really nice guy, but time management was bad, and the door not working properly was not good.

Thanks for the feedback, Jason! The infotainment screen is actually not cracked but they are just delaminated, a known flaw from the Tesla model S first generation with the MCU1, or Media Controlled Unit gen1 The solution from Tesla is to upgrade to MCU2 Gen2 unit, which does not have screen delamination issue and navigation issue resolved and updated automatically. We'll look into car handle issue you mentioned, another known Tesla model S early generation flaw prone for issues. Thx again!
